Originally from Virginia, Wendy’s journey has taken her around the world before bringing her home to the mountains of Steamboat Springs. After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, she worked with top advertising agencies in Texas and California. Her global experiences—from co-managing a backpacker resort in Zimbabwe to crewing a research vessel in the South Pacific, running hospitality businesses in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and managing luxury villas—shaped her passion for helping people feel at home, wherever they are.

As an agent with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty, Wendy draws on her global perspective, advertising expertise, and love for the Yampa Valley to connect clients with properties that suit their lifestyle. She is committed to helping others embrace the Steamboat way of life while preserving the community’s authenticity.
